How do I create an account?
Creating an account is quick and easy. Simply navigate to the Sign In page, and click the 'Azure AD B2C' button. You'll be directed to a page to sign in or if it's your first time here, you'll be able to create a new account by clicking the 'Sign up now' link.

Once my account has been created, how do I know if I'm logged in?
After signing up, or signing in, you will know you were successful if you see your name appear in the top right of the pages. In addition, if you are able to interact with the appropriate pages, you are all set.

What do I do with the Verification code that's sent to my email when I'm trying to sign up?
The verification code that's sent to your email is to ensure you've provided a valid email address. Once you click the button to send the code, you'll see an area to enter the code and a button to verify it. If you didn't receive anything, you can simply click the button to send a new code.

Why do I have to enter a phone number?
DASNY uses Multifactor Authentication as an added security measure. You can elect to use a landline or a mobile phone, but know that once this number is entered, you won't be able to update it. Be sure to enter a number you will have access to in the future as you'll be required to authenticate when you log in each time. Once you've entered your number, you can choose to receive a text (SMS) message or a phone call.

What if I forget my password?
Resetting your password is a two-step process. We want to ensure you are who you say you are, so you'll need to verify your email address and work through the Multifactor Authentication steps to ensure your password isn't maliciously changed. To do this, simply enter your email and enter the code that's sent to you by the system. Once you've verified the code, click continue on the subsequent page and proceed with the Multifactor Authentication (either a phone call or text message). Once that's set, you'll be prompted for a new password and you'll be all set!

Why can't I submit my information to the Portal?
Each section of the portal requires that you are logged in. If you have an account, simply sign in to enter your information. If you're new to DASNY's Portal, simply create a new account and you'll be able to enter your information as necessary.

l keep getting a message that says I don't have an enrollment code. What should I do?
The invitation email that was sent to you inviting you to use the Portal may have had specific instructions in what to enter for your First and Last name when signing up. If you didn't use those particular values, it is possible we are unable to locate you in our system. To try and fix the issue, click your where your name is displayed (upper right-hand corner) and click 'Profile'. Once you've been redirected to your profile information, update the First and Last name fields to match the values provided in your invitation email.
